Come See TriRochester at the Sports and Fitness Expo

TriRochester will have a booth at the Games Tracker International Sports and Fitness Expo this Sunday at the Mayo Civic Center.  The Expo website is here.  Expo admission and activities are free!

In addition to many local sports clubs and vendors at the Expo, our friends at Team R.E.D and the Rochester Track Club will be hosting a one mile fun run/walk and Olympic Day.  There will also be a one mile stroller-a-thon.  The expo opens at 11 am on Sunday, June 24th and registration for the races (which are before the expo) is at 9am.

We will be there to spread the word and answer questions about the sport of Triathlon and our club.
