Hill Workouts
Our group bike hill workouts start tomorrow. We will meet and ride as a group to the hill and then do a few repeats (at your own pace) on the hill before riding back as a group. The hill location will vary week-to-week, but we will meet at Rochester Cycling and ride from there as a warm up. Details are available under Events.
When: Mondays at 6pm for 5 weeks

The hill was smug, but we had 12 club members come out to show it who was the boss!
Several of my photos did not turn out at all, but I added a few that were okay to the slide show on the home page.
We may have showed it who was boss, but I have to admit that the HILL did get in a few swings with a baseball bat against my quads.
