Triathlon info on the web is only limited by your interest and time to search and read. The first two below (Beginner Triathlete and Slow Twitch) are probably the two most popular "Mega" triathlon sites offering a wide variety of info and services.-
Pronounced "BT", this site is not just for beginners. There are many forums and a good training log plan, record, and review your workouts. You can also find and/or buy training plans here.

Triathlon sanctioning authority in the United States. If you see a race listed as "USAT Sanctioned", this is who certified it. This is also where you go to become an anual member so that you don't have to pay one-day license fees for sanctioned races.
